In cooking pan pour 1Ltr milk. Add 2-3 table spoon milk powder. Stir well for 2-5 minutes and bring to boil. Add 1 packet of Mehran Zafran Kheer Mix and cook on medium flame for further 10-15 minutes. Keep stirring frequently till Zafran Kheer thickens and then remove.
